Another convincing win which should have guaranteed winning the league. Only 3 freakish results in Woking's last 3 games can pip the U12 girls team now ( Havant goal difference is 28 better than Woking).
The girls played really good hockey with good passing and some good goals. Admittedly Trojans were weak but packed all 11 players back in defence. Tegan ,in goal, did not have to move the whole game. This rounds off a good League season with 8 wins and 1 loss.
Congratulations to all who played today and entertained the spectators with some good flowing hockey and some excellent goals.
Also well done to all those others in the large U12 squad who have played and contributed during the season. Unfortunately there are only players on a team so not everyone got as much opportunity as they might have liked.
You have all been a pleasure to manage and next year's U12 s should have a good core of players.
